NABI (Northern Alberta Business Incubator) is a nonprofit business incubator created by the City of St. Albert in 1989 to provide entrepreneurs and small businesses with mentorship and support to launch, grow and establish and thereby cultivate entrepreneurship. NABI’s unique sector-agnostic incubator serves as a ‘growth’ catalyst for businesses that create/provide technological innovations, business services (legal, accounting, financing, IT, etc.), health and wellness products/services, renewable and non-renewable products/services, retail, engineering, and manufacturing.

Health Cities is an economic development organization created to catalyze and accelerate innovation in the health sector in Canada. We work with our health ecosystem to leverage Canada’s tremendous assets – in health, health research, data, artificial intelligence, etc.

Innovate Calgary helps entrepreneurs succeed by offering access to funding, labs, equipment, workshops, expert advisors, and regulatory affairs support. We have hubs dedicated to Life Sciences, Social Impact, and Energy Transition with more to come.

About Community Safety & Wellness Accelerator Powered by AlchemistX In partnership with AlchemistX, the Edmonton Police Foundation, and Alberta Innovates, the CSW Accelerator is bringing proven Silicon Valley acceleration programming to the social impact space in Edmonton, Alberta. About the Program The Community Safety & Wellness Accelerator (CSW) is a first-of-its-kind accelerator focused on addressing the social and safety challenges facing our communities. In partnership with AlchemistX, the Edmonton Police Foundation, and Alberta Innovates, the CSW Accelerator is bringing proven Silicon Valley acceleration programming to the social impact space in Edmonton, Alberta. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to: - gain targeted introductions to the CSW Accelerator’s partners across Alberta including community agencies and governmental partners (e.g., the Edmonton Police, non-profit organizations, social sector agencies, academic partners), and - receive intensive training to succeed via Alchemist Accelerator’s proven program. All participants gain access to Alchemist’s global network of over 30,000 entrepreneurs and mentors and will be supported to connect with investment and partnership opportunities.
